The uber superhero this side of Captain Marvel...no wait, he's way bigger than that Shazam boy, he's the ultimate (no pun intended) dark hero, Miracleman, AKA Marvelman. There's been rampant rumour that he's the mastermind behind the recent "Avengers Disassembled" storyline, as a way of relaunching the Miracleman ongoing series over at Marvel. In my view, I won't put my money on it. He's too dark for Marvel mainstream, more of a "Watchman" type. However, Neil Gaiman and Bowen has announced to released a very cool MM statue, check it out on top and below is the promo text at Bowendesign.com... Neil Gaiman and Randy Bowen have combined their considerable talents to bring the direct market, the definitive Miracle Man Statue!
Gaiman and Bowen sat down at Comic Con San Diego in 2003 and sketched out the concept for this statue, and finally the piece is coming to fruition. Miracle Man (the comic) launched in 1986 and re-defined the way that comic stories were told. The series will be re-launched by Marvel in December. Anticipation will be high for this character. This statue s extremely limited and will be released as two separate versions limited to 1000 classic and 500 metallic (respectively). Don't miss out on this milestone statue!

A slightly inferior version by Mcfarlane's... Gaiman was asked about Todd McFarlane's plans to release a PVC version of the Miracleman statue at San Diego this year and what he thought of it. Gaiman responded, "I thought it was astonishingly ugly! What we've actually done is, Marvels and Miracles has licensed Miracleman to Randy Bowen on the basis that I really like Randy's stuff and he did all the nicest Sandman statues, so he's going to be doing a Miracleman statue. Mainly just to go, 'No no no, Miracleman doesn't look like that. He doesn't clench!' The Todd one is terribly clenched."
